Ok fellas here it goes, not sure if i played it right

im on the button, I got K8s
guy right of me raise it 20
I call
1 more call
so 3 ppl

flop comes out 8h 10c 5s
checked to me
i raise 50
they all call
turn comes Kh
checked to me
I went all in...it was 130 more
one fold
guy right of me calls, he hits his flush on the river.
I lose

Only mistake i see was calling PF. After that it plays itself and as usual the biggest idiot wins the pot..
In cash games if u never ever called a PF raise i doubt it would be a very big mistake. If your hand is not good enough to reraise it probably shouldnt be played at all....

I think he's saying that if your calling range was very slim in that situation that would be a good play as a semi-bluff.

Ofcourse it would depend on the table reads, etc but if i was writing a book id never say to call a raise with K8s especially with people to act behind you in NL....
What are you trying to make with it? hit the K on the flop your out kicked by just about any other K...hit the 8 as u did and u can see what happens....playing 2 cards just because they are suited in NL with people to act behind you is just flushing money down the drain..
On the button or in the BB i might put the money in but other than that K8s goes in the muck when im playing NL....

I have to respond to this you shouldnt call a 20 raise with k8 even if you hit your king do you really thing your kicker is good. You play like that eventually you will be felted. Now on the other hand the guy who called 130 bucks for one pull off he deck is a retard too. What im trying to say is ytou should have never been in that situation a lose all that money because you should have folded
